Welcome,

On behalf of Indo-American Community Services (IACS), I welcome everyone to our new and redesigned website. Our website now allows job seekers to post their resumes for potential employers to view and enables Employers to post requirements for potential job opportunities at their respective companies. We are confident that these changes will assist job seekers find suitable employment while providing employers with easy access to a pool of qualified professionals.

The IACS organization has expanded and evolved over the past few years to include a phenomenal team responsible for putting variety of events together that help Professionals and Students alike. IACS is currently engaged in a numerous activities that embody our mission of serving as a leading community development organization for the South Asian community Nationwide. In addition to the Diversity Job Fair, IACS also organizes an annual Women’s Conference, a Leadership and Professional Networking event along with annual Leadership Intern programs for college students of Indian American heritage.

IACS Diversity Fairs is attracting over 50 companies to participate and hundreds of job seekers not only from Indian American Community, but from many ethnic communities as well. This year, IACS Diversity Job Fairs are being planned in Dallas, Chicago and New York as we look towards expanding our organization Nationwide.

The IACS Women's Conference promotes the empowerment of South Asian women and brings them together as a community so they can identify and discuss social and professional issues that are of common interest. The Leadership and Professional Networking events provide a forum for members of the South Asian community to engage with public officials and corporate leaders which gives them a means for access and opportunities. The student intern program was initiated to provide promising college students an opportunity to work as an intern at a Congressional office in Washington D.C.

This year IACS is organizing Business and Entrepreneurship Conference. This event is designed to identify promising entrepreneurs in the Indo American community and help them start new ventures or grow existing ones.
