Ina is an accomplished banker with 27 years of experience in Retail Banking. She is a highly talented Leader and has successfully built many teams in diverse markets. She joined PNC Bank in October of 2006, and recently relocated from the Greater Washington DC Area to oversee the Consumer Bank for St Louis and Down State Illinois markets. She is highly skilled in building an effective team of managers and staff who market, sell, and maintain consumer banking products and services. Her area of expertise includes sales management, launching new De novo markets, creating and developing local marketing strategies for business within the region, and creating and promoting community based initiatives that support Financial Education and Community Development.
Prior to joining PNC Bank, she spent a major part of her management career working for Washington Mutual Bank in Southern California. When Washington Mutual decided to enter the Chicago market she was asked to join a team of Regional Managers who launched one of the largest De novo markets in the history of banking. She, along with six other Regional Managers opened 167 new De novo stores for Washington Mutual Bank in the Chicago-land area in less than 36 months.
Ina has a strong passion for the community and over the years has participated in various initiatives promoting Financial Education. Her support included launching the Faith-Based Initiative in 2002 where she partners with Faith Leaders and other non-profits to promote Financial Education Workshops. Her community outreach has afforded her to be the recipient of various service awards including CRA recognition for outstanding work in the South Central community of Los Angeles and Chicago.
Ina attended Cal State Dominguez Hills and majored in Business Administration. She graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in 2005. She is married and a proud mother of two who enjoys traveling and quality time spent with family and friends.

A rare combination of wit, strength, and soul, Sonal Shah has acted in pilots, award winning stages including The Goodman, praised short films, as well as the final season of 'Scrubs.' Anokhi Magazine featured her as one of the most Sexy and Successful people of the world. She was also named in DesiClub's Top 50 Coolest Desis list. An artist and human advocate, Sonal earned her BA in Theatre at Loyola University of Chicago, graduated from The Second City Conservatory, and studied with The Moscow Art Theatre School at Harvard University, John Rosenfeld, The Groundlings, and Improv Olympic. She supports many organizations that are doing a lot of good, and is one of the founding members of Rasaka- Chicago's first South Asian Theatre Company. Most recently, she was selected to perform in the NBC Diversity Showcase. Sonal is the owner and teacher of The Creative Artists Lab LLC and continues to act, dance, sing, perform standup, write, improvise, coach actors, mentor, host events, and create. Sonal is a Startup Portfolio Manager and is based in Chicago, IL working with incubators and accelerators such as TechStars Chicago and Catapult, co-lo facilities such as 1871 and TechNexus, and other major Chicago-area institutions such as Built In Chicago. She is involved in US- and region-wide startup efforts like Silicon Prairie News, CIW, TechCocktail and SxSW. She has over eight years of experience in product development, leading cross-organization initiatives and managing multidisciplinary fast-paced teams. Sonal is a member of the Board of Directors at the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center.

Ameeta has 25 years of experience in banking product development, marketing, analysis and risk management. She is currently a Director at Discover Financial Services managing product and marketing strategy for their Deposits business.
Before moving to Discover, Ameeta was a Senior Business Director at Capital One for 11 years where she worked in the Direct Banking and Credit Card businesses in a variety of marketing and risk management roles. She also had stints earlier in her career at Harley-Davidson, GE Capital, Citibank, and was a Peace Corps small business volunteer in Ukraine. Ameeta has an MBA and BA from Northwestern University.

Michaeline Gordon is an estate planner who provides comprehensive estate planning and asset protection services for individuals, families and unmarried partners, including but not limited to asset protection, wealth preservation, IRA planning, special needs planning, and planned giving. She also works with entrepreneurs and business owners on business formation and exit and succession strategies, and integrating those strategies with estate and tax planning.
Ms. Gordon regularly advises trust and estate fiduciaries in their roles as trustees and executors. She also handles trust and estate administration and post-mortem planning including estate and income tax planning and also represents large and small banking institutions as outside trust counsel.
Ms. Gordon earned her B.S. at the University of Illinois, and her J.D. from John Marshall Law in Chicago. She continued her education at the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, earning her L.L.M. in Taxation. She is a frequent speaker to various community organizations including the International Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, the American Association of Individual Investors, and the National Business Institute. Ms. Gordon has been active in the Closely Held Business Committee of the International Bar Association and past Vice Chair of the Probate Practice Committee of the Chicago Bar Association.
Prior to joining Dolgin Law Group, LLC, in August of 2013, Ms. Gordon was a Partner at Stahl Cowen Crowley Addis LLC and previously headed the Estate Planning Practice at American Express Tax and Business Services in Chicago.
A native of Chicago, she is a fitness enthusiast and committed to many outside organizations including how planned giving can benefit women, children and families through the Hunger Project.
