IACS invites you to the annual South Asian Women’s Conference 2017 to be held on Saturday, September 9th, at the Double Tree by Hilton in Roswell. 

The theme for this year’s conference is ‘Women in Leadership - Breaking Barriers". The conference will provide unique opportunities for the participants to exchange ideas and gain insights into professional development and issues important to women in today’s workforce.

    Sr VP Finance and CFO

    Anisha Madan is a Senior Vice President of Finance for Change Healthcare, one of the largest, independent healthcare technology companies in the United States.  Change Healthcare provides software and analytics, network solutions and technology-enabled services to multiple stakeholders in the healthcare system, including commercial and governmental payers, employers, hospitals, physicians and other providers, and consumers.

    She has over 15 years of finance leadership experience.  Previously holding leadership positions in finance in GE Transportation, GE Power, GE Healthcare and Aon-Hewitt.  In those positions, she has been based out of Milwaukee and Chicago.  Her position at Change Healthcare has recently brought her to Atlanta, Georgia which is now where she calls home after 17 years in the Midwest. Anisha is originally from India.

    She has earned a B.A in Economics and Accounting at Illinois Wesleyan University and her M.B.A in Marketing, Finance, Strategy and International Business at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.  She has also completed Executive Education in Strategy at the Harvard Business School. She has received many accolades in her career but is most proud of her family: husband Samyukth Shenbaga & daughter Indira.

    Nithya is focused on driving excellence in client experience within the large enterprise segment at ADP by leading efforts in strategic insight service delivery, client account management operations, as well as building client loyalty and advocacy across multiple client roles and personas. Prior to this, she was SVP of Strategy in SunTrust Bank, where she led a variety of strategic initiatives across the company, including client segmentation-led business strategy.   Nithya has previously worked in Deloitte Consulting, focused on strategy and operations engagements within the Financial Services space. She has an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a post-graduate degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore, India.
