Young Leaders Program 

The Indo-American Community Services (IACS) is conducting the Young Leaders program to help young mid-level managers. This program prepares young managers for breakthrough career growth by providing skills, and professional relationship strategies. Breaking through requires fast starts, sustained momentum, and inspired managerial practice to actively build career success with global reach, organizational impact, and personal fulfillment.

The two-day Young Leaders Program consists of workshops on Leadership, Finance and Strategy during the day of May 11th and extends to the IACS Executive Leadership Conference extends to May 11th evening to May 12th afternoon.  The participants interact with diverse corporate business executives throughout the program. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner will be provided throughout the program.

This Young Leaders Program aims to provide new tools needed for participants to ignite their careers and global contributions. Working alongside fellow participants and in this program, you will develop insight and build competencies to increase your effectiveness as a leader of teams.

Executive Leadership Conference 

The The Indo-American Community Services is hosting the Executive Leadership Conference to increase the number of successful diverse executives by adding value to their development, leadership, and philanthropic endeavors throughout the life-cycle of their careers thereby strengthening their companies, organizations, and communities.  

This year’s Conference Theme is “Growing & Thriving”. The current headlines are filled with talk of skyrocketing inflation, and that trend will likely continue in 2023. Many economies will stagnate or shrink, and businesses need to prepare for that reality. This Conference is all about sharing the best practices deployed by diverse company executives and finding ways not only to survive but to grow and thrive. It is divided into 5 segments, “People", “Business: Cost & Growth”, “Customers” and “Technology”. Along with welcome reception and dinner and “CEO Perspective”.  It is a 2 day Conference startting on May 11th, at 3 pm and ending on May 12th at 2:30 pm.

Companies across industries are facing massive gaps for vital future skills, and they will need to re-skill or upskill massive sections of their workforce. On top of that, the pandemic has made many people reevaluate their jobs, leading to mass resignations in many sectors. To attract top talent, employers must offer a working environment that is appropriate for the new world of work, including job flexibility, authentic leadership, diversity, etc.
