    Dr. Reddy Gottipolu is a Chief Supply Chain Officer at Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, TX. He currently oversees Supply Chain Management, Sterile Processing, Clinical Engineering and Asset Management functions. Prior to this, he was a Vice President of Supply Chain at Adeptus Health in Lewisville, TX where he played a key role in building supply chain team, and systems to support rapidly expanding business into multiple markets. Prior to joining Adeptus he was a Vice President of Supply Chain Services at MedAssets, a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) located in Plano, TX. Prior to moving to healthcare, he gained several years of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management experience at General Motors and General Electric. Most recently, he taught Healthcare Supply Chain Leadership course in collaboration with BelMont University in Nashville, TN.

    Dr. Gottipolu received a PhD in Industrial Engineering, an MBA, a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is certified in Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management, and FEMA Incidence Command System.

    He is currently serving as a member of Amazon Healthcare Supply Chain Advisory Board. He was a board member of twin cities health systems co-op. He was also a member of Editorial Board of Computers in Industry Journal.

    He has published several articles in the areas of Flexible Manufacturing Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Assembly Process Planning, Lean Manufacturing, and Error Proofing in reputed international journals and conference proceedings.     Mrs. Neel Gonuguntla serves as the President of the US India Chamber of Commerce Dallas Fort Worth (USICOC). The USICOC is a 501(c)(6) organization made up of nearly 3000 individual and corporate members and is dedicated to supporting professional, business and economic development throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area. The USICOC also facilitates trade between India and the North Texas area by connecting member companies with resources to aid in their successful expansions.

    As President, Mrs. Gonuguntla oversees strategic planning activities for the Chamber in addition to providing oversight of daily operations including, but not limited to, member services, event management and fundraising for the organization. Under her leadership, the Chamber has grown its member participation by 34% and event-based activity by 40%.

    Prior to joining the Chamber, Mrs. Gonuguntla served as President of ReadyToWork®, an education and workforce development consulting company where she oversaw the streamlining of operations and the creation of new revenue streams. She managed teams of remote employees, supervised all business development and operations, and provided legal and regulatory oversight.

    Mrs. Gonuguntla received her education from Boston University and Baylor University where she earned her Bachelors in Political Science and her J.D./M.B.A, respectively.     Ms. Wedderburn has over 20 years’ experience working with professionals and students around the world. She is skilled in bridging gaps by coordinating a wide range of international educational programs, advanced economic development projects, and community outreach activities.

    Ms. Wedderburn came to the University of Texas at Dallas in 2011 from her prior work as Senior Program Officer at the East West Center (EWC; Honolulu, Hawaii).     Dr. Venkata C. Majeti is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Loment, Inc. a growth stage company in Integrated Communications, Technologies and Mobile Value Added Services area. Dr. Majeti received B.Tech (Civil Engineering) from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada in 1982 and his Ph.D. in Transportation Systems from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 1988.

    Dr. Majeti started his employment career with AT&T Bell Laboratories initially focusing on Tele-Traffic Theory and Performance, mathematical modeling and capacity planning of communications networks. He later switched to product development in 5ESS Switch, and worked on National-ISDN, Advanced Intelligent Networks, Integrated Digital Loop Carrier Systems, access, transport, signaling, OAM&P (operations, administration, maintenance and provisioning) and all aspects of the then communications networks. In addition, Dr. Majeti worked on system design for Text-to-Speech (TTS), speech recognition and adjunct product development for telecom networks. He proposed and became a champion of early cable modem and asymmetric cable data network design which led to DOCSIS standards. Venkata joined U.S. Robotics and later Westell to help in the early DSL systems and the development of first IP-DSL and DSLAM systems.

    Dr. Majeti was the Founder, CEO and Chairman of Cadant, a leader in DOCSIS CMTS (cable modem termination system) products, now distributed around the world by Arris Corporation. He continued work on DSL Systems, database applications, RBAC (role-based access control), the talent management systems part of the HRD (human resources development), and other areas. In the last four years, Venkata concentrated on software applications in the mobile environment.

    Loment products emphasize: Privacy, Security, Identity Management, Hibernation, Backup, Restore, Wipeout, Multiple-Languages support, conveniences such as Drafts, Templates, Archives, Visual Cues, Organization of Messages, Reports, Long Messages, Synchronization, etc. all in a single package without the need for dedicated backend support. Shiraz’s professional experience as strategic management executive has focused on deployment of process improvement, product innovation, technology integration, and transformational ideation for all of AT&T’s Business customers. Shiraz runs a team of IoT subject matter experts around the globe who help customers across many industries develop and deploy IoT solutions and applications. 

    Shiraz has an extensive background in developing dynamic enterprise mobility solutions, instituting organizational transformational business process improvements, and leading marketplace execution of world-class sales force / field service force automation capabilities.

    Prior to this role, Shiraz led the Mobile Applications Development Practice in the Central US, responsible for mobile application and M2M solutions for the AT&T business customer segment. His team worked with Line-of-Business, IT and vertical industry executives to define, design and deploy business solutions that helped corporations wirelessly enable their business applications.

Accumulated deep market insights into several verticals such as Telecom, E-commerce, Finance, Healthcare and Enterprise.

    As a Founder and CEO of Truesigna, he has been instrumental and passionate about bringing change in the Cyber security and online fraud by addressing the fundamental issues such as smart authentication and ID management, payments, banking (online/mobile), Enterprise (Microsoft), and cloud computing exceeding some of the industry standards such as FFIEC, HIPAA, PCI DSS and SOX. He is spearheading the efforts on both R&D and Marketing/Business development setting traction in motion.

    Prior to Founding Truesigna, he held several senior roles at Alcatel-Lucent, from Sr. Marketing and Product management roles to Research and Innovation/development helping business units meet customer's needs. He has been instrumental in evangalizing new technologies even before their prime adoption. 

    A speaker at several selected conferences and workshops, with over 17+ patents and several publications has also been an adjunct faculty at UT Dallas, SMU, U Dallas, and UNT Dallas.

    Mr.Parvathaneni Harish assumed charge as the Consul General of India, Houston on 30 July 2012. Since joining the Indian Foreign Service in 1990, he has learnt Arabic at the American University of Cairo and passed the examination with distinction.

    He has served in Indian Missions in Cairo and Riyadh and headed the Post as Indian Representative to the Palestinian Authority stationed in Gaza city. He was on secondment to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) as the Chief of the Policy Analysis Unit at UNRWA Headquarters in Gaza.

    He thereafter worked in the East Asia and External Publicity Divisions in the Ministry of External Affairs. For a period of five years since 2007, Mr. Harish was the Joint Secretary and Officer on Special Duty to the Hon’ble Vice President of India and Chairman of the Council of States of the Indian Parliament, Mr. M. Hamid Ansari.

    Mr. Parvathaneni Harish is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Osmania University College of Engineering, Hyderabad. He is married to Mrs. Parvathaneni Nandita and has two daughters, Ayushi and Amani.
