    Sreenivas Katragadda

    CEO, Digital Secure Inc

    SreenivasKatragadda is currently serving as President of Indo-American Community Services and was one of the founders of the organization. Sreenivas has held many leadership positions in both professional and community based non-profit organizations, in which he demonstrated his passion and energy in advancing Asian American causes in particular, and humanitarian causes in general.

    Sreenivas has worked at Alcatel-Lucent in Professional Services in Naperville since 1997 and is currently now Chief Executive of Digital Secure Inc. He served as President of Asian American Association for Advancement (4A), an Employee Business Partner Association at Alcatel-Lucent from 2008 to 2011. Prior to working at Alcatel-Lucent, Sreenivas was Vice President of Management Information Systems at Group Insurance Administration-PPO, Inc. for 9 years, managing their IT and Development departments.  Sreenivas has Masters in Computer science. He is married and has two sons and one daughter.

    Sreenivas Rachamadugu is Senior Vice President of ecommerce at Expedia. The mission of Expedia is to power global travel for everyone, everywhere. In his role, Sreenivas is leading the development of the ecommerce capabilities of the travel platform for Expedia. He heads up the product, engineering and operations organizations for Checkout, Payments, Fraud & Risk, Loyalty, Ordering, Coupons, and Finance Modernization. Sreenivas has over 25 years of experience leading product, engineering and operations organizations at leading global companies.

     

    Prior to Expedia, Sreenivas was with Verizon for nearly 17 years, where held several executive roles in Product, Engineering, Operations, Business Transformation, Sales, Business Development and Strategic Ventures and Alliances. He was most recently VP of Product & Engineering for ecommerce at Verizon Media, where he led the development of the ecommerce capabilities for Verizon Media. Prior to Verizon, Sreenivas held leadership roles in engineering and project management at IBM/Candle Corporation, espire communications and First Consulting Group.

     

    Sreenivas has a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Madras, a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Virginia and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. He is a curious engineer and problem solver. He has more than a dozen patents that range from video to cost optimization using edge networks.

     

    Sreenivas is passionate about girls in STEM. He is the lead coach of Nothing but Treble, an all-girls FTC robotics team. He and his wife run novaStem, a non-profit focused on keeping girls interested in STEM through middle and high school. He is an active mentor and has been mentoring the Entrepreneurship class at the Academies of Loudoun since it opened.

     

    Sreenivas lives in the Washington D.C. metro area.

  • Sumit Dangi

    Sumit Dangi

    CFO & Treasurer, Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group

    Sumit Dangi is currently the Global Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Jewelers Mutual Group. Sumit has a broad role at JM serving as a strategic, growth-focused executive, driving broad transformation. He leads large teams across controllership, treasury, financial planning and analysis, actuarial services, tax, enterprise risk management, internal audit and vendor management disciplines.

    Prior to JM, Sumit spent 12 years at HSBC Bank across multiple continents. His last role was SVP and CFO, Global Data and Analytics, for Global Retail Bank and Wealth Management. In this role, his responsibilities included serving as a critical thought leader and business manager for all aspects including strategy, operational planning, financial control, vendor management and procurement for global team spanning 34 countries.

    Sumit has also served as Head of Cost & Strategic Investments for HSBC North America and was part of coveted International Manager program. In his earlier tenure, Sumit worked at Huron Consulting Group, KPMG and Procter & Gamble in various finance, operations and strategic roles.

    Sumit is a graduate of University of Mumbai with a master’s degree in Accounting and Economics and an MBA from University of Maryland, Robert H Smith School of Business. Additionally, Sumit is a Chartered Accountant where he was ranked consistently in the top percentile in entire India

    Vishal is a strategic and people-oriented business leader with over 25 years of proven track record of turning around businesses and delivering growth across Americas, Europe and APAC regions. He has experience in diverse industries including consumer & healthcare packaging, industrial manufacturing, and consumer technology.
    Currently, Vishal is the Senior Vice President for the Engineered Coated Products business at Intertape Polymer Group. Before joining IPG, Vishal successfully led the turnaround of the flexible packaging business unit at Winpak. Prior to that, he held global leadership roles in marketing, business development, product innovation, strategy and M&A at Sonoco Products Company, Schweiger & Associates, and Ingram Micro.
    Since 2004, Vishal has been the Trustee of Trust Children India which provides free education for over 250 underprivileged children from rural India. He also serves on the Executive Board of Indo-American Community Services since May of 2022.  
    Vishal received his undergraduate degree in Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering and his Master of Business Administration from University of South Carolina at Columbia.

    Anou Manavalan is an accomplished senior-level executive with over 23 years of leadership experience in the financial and healthcare industries and a proven track record of using innovative engineering strategies to steer teams in complex IT environments to achieve business results. Anou currently serves as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Broadridge Financial Solutions


    Anou has a Master’s in Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, India, and an MBA from the University of Colorado, Denver, as well as a certification in Machine Learning from Stanford University, and certifications in Google Cloud Platforms, Blockchain Architecture and Development, and Enterprise Architecture.


    Outside of work, Anou is a community leader. She is the founder and board chairman of Arichuvadi, a non-profit organization that teaches Tamil language, literature, and culture to children in Colorado. She also serves as the director of ChickTech Denver’s high school program. ChickTech is a non-profit dedicated to increasing the number of women and girls pursuing technology-based careers by breaking down barriers to access to learning computer science and other technologies. Finally, Anou serves on the board of Women Inspiring Leaders (WIL), an organization dedicated to advancing women’s path to leadership in their careers through meaningful mentorship and lifetime learning.

  • Kumar Ramurthy

    Kumar Ramurthy

    Before joining Bayswater, Dr. Ramurthy worked for Halliburton for 21 years; held several positions while at Halliburton, most recently as their Director of Technology for North America. While at Halliburton, he won the Western Hemisphere Technology Manager of the year award twice (2013 and 2015) and Western Hemisphere MVP Award (2010).


    Dr. Ramurthy, in addition to serving in multiple SPE technical committees, served as a technical editor for the SPE Production & Operations and SPE Reservoir Engineering Journals.

    He co-authored a chapter on refracs in the recently published SPE Monograph Series titled “Hydraulic Fracturing: Fundamentals and Advancements”; and a CBM Textbook titled “Coalbed Methane: Principles and Practices” in 2008. Dr. Ramurthy also authored 16 SPE papers, holds 3 patents and was awarded SPE Regional Completion Optimization Technology Award for the Rockies in 2010.


    Along with Dr. Barree, he taught the “Unconventional Reservoir Stimulation: CBM and Shales” class in the USA, Canada, Columbia, Australia, Indonesia, and India. He received his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Annamalai University, India, M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University, and his doctorate in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming.

    Manash started his career in Enterprise SaaS products - building 1st generation cloud products for Oracle and then Financial Software and Data Science-based insights products for Thomson Reuters. He followed that with a successful stint at Mastercard leading Digital Payment Products, and at PepsiCo, driving the technology led D2C/eCommerce growth.
