    Usha also worked as Automation tester, Solid experience in analyzing and identifying scenarios to be automated and developing automation tests accordingly using various testing tools.

    She also worked as English teacher in Japan and got very good understanding of Japanese people and their culture. She can speak Intermediate level Japanese fluently. She has spent 3 years in Japan and learned a lot about Japan.

    Usha received a bachelor’s degree in the field of Information technology. She also completed 1year Japanese Program in KOWA Nihongo School in Japan and completed JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency test – Level3.

    Samyukth comes to ARC from the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP), where he served as a Principal in the agency’s local planning division. Prior to CMAP, Shenbaga worked at private consulting firms in Chicago and Madison, Wisconsin, where he helped both private developers and cities in neighborhood revitalization projects.

    Born and raised in New Delhi, India, Samyukth holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi. Shenbaga is a LEED accredited professional and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).

    Kathleen has more than 25 years of experience in leading human resources and organizational strategies to drive business results.     Prior to Grainger Kathleen was with First Midwest Bank, where she served as Executive Vice President and CHRO. Kathleen also had management positions with Sprint and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she began her career in consulting and accounting.

    Christopher “Chase” Carey spent 20 years in Corporate America’s Health Insurance and Consulting industry, in significant positions. In 1998, as a VP of Underwriting for Aetna, Inc., he contacted the Chief Medical Officer telling him of the benefits of Meditation and other Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) techniques. He offered to help the company become a major force in bringing these techniques to the health insurance industry and the people it took care of. He received a courteous reply admitting it all made sense but that he was simply “too far ahead of them.” 17 years later Aetna started teaching its employees to Meditate. Don't wait 17 years to learn Mindfulness and Meditation.

    MEDITATION TRAINING. In the 1990’s his Meditation work began at The Monroe Institute in Virginia. He participated in 6 week-long programs consisting of 24/7 immersions into deep Meditative states and guided exploration within them. The training enabled him to re-enter any number of Meditative states, near instantaneously, at will, anywhere, anytime, including at work while solving complex problems as a career insurance executive. He can teach you to do this too. He also trained with Karen Malik, MA and Harvey Grady of the Center for Human Consciousness and others.

    Chase teaches his personally developed Advanced forms of Meditation: Inner Essence Meditation(TM), Professional Meditation(TM), and Stress Domino Stress Reduction Meditation(TM) and is a Certified Meditation Teacher for the Sarah’s McLean’s SEED Method(TM).     Kenneth Escoe currently serves as Vice President & General Manager at ITW Hi-Cone, a division of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW). In this capacity Mr. Escoe has full P&L responsibility for the division and oversees strategic and day to day operations of the division globally. Prior to his appointment at ITW HiCone in 2016, Mr. Escoe was Vice President & General Manager of the Welding Accessories & Cutting Division of ITW. He was appointed to this position in 2014 after joining ITW. Prior to joining ITW, Mr. Escoe was Co-founder and Managing Partner at Energy Growth Partners in Washington, D.C from 2011 to 2014. Dr.Nazeera strongly believes that effective collaborations, collective wisdom and mutual support can help achieve the greatest impact in the community and beyond. She is the former Chief of Staff for the Office of the Chairman, Fulton County Board of Commissioners.

    Nazeera led her team and hundreds of collaborative partners in designing and implementing S.M.A.R.T initiatives that continue to make huge impacts on building policy, systems and environmental changes that address chronic diseases.     Seth Green is the founding director of the Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility and an executive lecturer in the Quinlan School of Business. Green joined Quinlan after leading three social ventures at the forefront of fighting poverty and expanding opportunity.

    Most recently, Green served as executive director of Youth & Opportunity United (Y.O.U.), a Chicagoland nonprofit that prepares low-income youth for post-secondary and life success. During his tenure, he spearheaded a three-fold expansion of Y.O.U.'s programs and he envisioned and led a $16.4 million fundraising campaign to build a new youth center and financial endowment.

    Green began his career as a consultant at McKinsey and Company, where he worked with private sector clients on strategic planning and change management. A recipient of McKinsey’s Community Fellowship, he spent one year of his time at the firm supporting nonprofit clients, including the Gates Foundation and United Way.

    Green is a sought after speaker on social entrepreneurship, non-profit leadership, and corporate social responsibility. He is also a frequent media contributor, having served as a guest on C-SPAN's Washington Journal, CNN, and MSNBC.
