Young Leaders Program

Indo-American Community Services (IACS) is conducting Young Leaders program to help young mid-level managers. This program prepares the young managers for break through career growth by providing skills, professional relationship strategies. Breaking through requires fast starts, sustained momentum and inspired managerial practice to actively build career success with global reach, organizational impact and personal fulfillment.
The two-day Young Leaders Program consists of workshops on Leadership, Finance and Strategy during the day of May 16 th and extends to the IACS Executive Leadership Conference extends to May 16 th evening to May 17 th afternoon. The participants interact with some of the corporate business executives throughout the program. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner will be provided throughout the program.
This Young Leaders Program aims to provide new tools needed for participants to ignite their careers and global contributions. Working alongside fellow participants and in this program, you will develop insight and build competencies to increase your effectiveness as a leader of teams.

The Indo-American Community Services is hosting the Executive Leadership Conference to increase the number of successful diverse executives by adding value to their development, leadership, and philanthropic endeavors throughout the life-cycle of their careers thereby strengthening their companies, organizations, and communities.
The Executive Leadership Conference, themed "Growing Through Uncertainties," seeks to address the challenges and opportunities that arise in navigating turbulent times and charting a course for growth and success.
