Sundaram “Naga” Nagarajan serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer, joining the Company on August 1, 2019. He focuses on creating value for customers through innovation and industry‑leading excellence in quality and delivery.
Prior to joining Nordson, Mr. Nagarajan had a 23-year career with Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW), a Fortune 200 company, where he had roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President, ITW Automotive OEM Segment, a $3.3 billion business segment. Under his leadership, the Automotive OEM Segment consistently delivered profitable revenue growth through both organic and acquisitive means.
Mr. Nagarajan serves on the Board of Directors of Sonoco Products Company (NYSE: SON), is a member of the Advisory Board of IACS, Executive Club, Economics Club of Chicago, and is a past trustee of Hobart Institute of Welding Technology, former trustee of AWS Foundation Inc., and was the Co-Chair of ITW’s National United Way Campaign (2013 and 2014).
Mr. Nagarajan earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from South Gujarat University, India, an MBA from Wright State University, and a Ph.D. in materials science from Auburn University.

Niren Chaudhary was named Chief Executive Officer of Panera in May 2019. Niren has more than 25 years of international corporate leadership experience in the food retail and hospitality industry.
Niren joined Panera from Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc., where he served as Chief Operating Officer and President of the International Division. Prior to that, he spent 23 years at Yum! Brands in a number of positions, including serving as President of Yum! India, and most recently in the role of President of KFC Global, where he was responsible for 5,000 stores in 50 countries with $5 billion in revenue.
Niren holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College in Delhi, an MBA in marketing from the University of Delhi, and also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Girish Juneja serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer of Dover Corporation. Mr. Juneja served as the Chief Technology Officer of Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. since August 8, 2014 until April 7, 2016. Mr. Juneja was responsible for guiding Altisource's technology vision, creating cloud-enabled development platforms that Altisource and its Labs' portfolio companies are using to rapidly build the next generation of software applications forHe co-founded and served as Senior Vice President of Product Management at Sarvega, Inc.
Mr. Juneja is a seasoned technology executive with roots in big data, cloud infrastructure and software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms. He leads technology teams across its global footprint in Atlanta, Bangalore, Boston, Dallas, Irvine, Luxembourg, Los Angeles and Seattle. Before joining Altisource, he served as General Manager of Big Data Products and Chief Technology Officer of Data Center Software at Intel Corporation from January 2012 to January 2014, there he led the Data's big data software strategy, drove the technology vision for Intel's data center software and launched the Intel Hadoop platform worldwide. As part of Intel's executive team, he helped lead several strategic acquisitions including the acquisition of McAfee, Inc. He joined Intel through the acquisition of Sarvega, Inc., a company he co-founded that led industry innovations in XML acceleration. Prior to assuming his current role and since Sarvega's inception, Mr. Juneja led the Sarvega engineering & customer services organizations to develop Sarvega's industry leading core XESOS technology & XML Networking products. Before co-founding Sarvega, he held senior various senior technology & management roles at Thomson Financial Services, Verizon and MCI Telecommunication responsible bringing to market leading-edge products that focus on customized content delivery and data interchange using the Internet technologies. He has more than 15 years' experience in the high technology industry with extensive product management, product strategy, engineering management and technology marketing expertise.
He is a frequent speaker at business & technology conferences. Mr. Juneja has an undergraduate degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and MBA from the University of Chicago.

Nitesh is a services industry veteran with a diversified wealth of expertise that includes worldwide operations, delivery, process improvements, mergers and acquisitions, and integration, as well as sales and business development — thus making him the ideal person to manage GlobalLogic’s ongoing growth. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, he spent 20+ years at Infosys, where he held a wide range of global leadership roles, from services to products, and across operations and sales. Most recently, he was SVP & Global Head of the Manufacturing business at Infosys, as well as a board member of their EdgeVerve software subsidiary.
Nitesh earned a Bachelors of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. He is an avid sports fan, and in his spare time he enjoys following a wide variety of sports, including basketball, soccer, cricket, and Formula 1 racing.
