Ashish’s transformational approach, which he covers in his book “Hardwired for Happiness”, is interdisciplinary and integrates learnings across spiritual wisdom traditions, philosophy, positive psychology, neuroscience and organizational development. Prior to starting Happiness Squad, Ashish Kothari was a partner at the global management consulting company, McKinsey and Company and spend over two decades helping thousands of leaders succeed by building new mindsets and capabilities.

As Director of Supply Chain at American Securities, Gautam Jha supports the portfolio companies by helping them optimize cost through strategic sourcing, lean operations and other supply chain initiatives. Prior to joining American Securities, Gautam was Vice President of Supply Chain Integration & Operations at Zebra Technologies. Prior to Zebra, he worked for McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner. Gautam began his career at Motorola Corporation. Gautam received a BS in Computer Science from Marathwada University in India, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
