SreenivasKatragadda is currently serving as President of Indo-American Community Services and was one of the founders of the organization. Sreenivas has held many leadership positions in both professional and community based non-profit organizations, in which he demonstrated his passion and energy in advancing Asian American causes in particular, and humanitarian causes in general.

Sreenivas has worked at Alcatel-Lucent in Professional Services in Naperville since 1997 and is currently now Chief Executive of Digital Secure Inc. He served as President of Asian American Association for Advancement (4A), an Employee Business Partner Association at Alcatel-Lucent from 2008 to 2011. Prior to working at Alcatel-Lucent, Sreenivas was Vice President of Management Information Systems at Group Insurance Administration-PPO, Inc. for 9 years, managing their IT and Development departments.  Sreenivas has Masters in Computer science. He is married and has two sons and one daughter.
 

Jagan is VP of consulting at CGSG Inc helping clients to implement and support ERP solutions. Jagan has a Masters in Computer Science from Alabama A&M University and MBA Northern Illinois University. He lives in Hoffman Estates, IL with is wife and daughter.

Balu Kadiyala is an entrepreneur, a veteran information technology professional and a father of two girls living in Chicago area for 15 years. Balu is the founder of SchoolRush, and co-founded BrainAttack App and ShareMyCare.com. Before venturing on his own, he served in executive positions at Affirmative Insurance Holdings, Freddie Mac and Sears. Balu helps IACS organize  professional networking and career development events.

Dave brings over two decades of experience in supporting diversity at the mid and senior levels of corporations, organizations and government in the U.S. and Canada. Dave’s specialization is in recruiting and placement of technology professionals in Information Technology Architecture, Infrastructure, Application Development, and Operations. Beginning in 2010, his staffing focus has shifted towards Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Big Data and Analytics disciplines.

Dave continually dedicates his efforts and commitment to finding the right opportunity for each professional he works with and finding the right professional for each of his clients. Dave utilizes his senior level executive search and management consulting experience to help build leadership teams for organizations in a broad range of industries.

Dave holds a Master’s Degree in Business administration from the Bangalore University and holds several certifications in Human Resources and HR Development. His passions include career counselling and community volunteering.  

Praveen has Law Degree from Temple Law School in Philadelphia. He practices U.S Immigration and New York Corporate Law. In addition to his license to practice law in New York, USA and India, he holds Chartered Company Secretary membership in the UK & India. Praveen and his wife Haripriya are practicing attorneys and live in Elgin, IL with his two daughters.

Chakravarthi(Chakra) Rebbapragada currently works as IT Director -Technical Product Management at GE Gas Power. In his current role,he is responsible for logistics Digital Solutins for Supply Chain business operations.In his previous role Chakra was responsibe for ERP/CRM Strategy,Rollouts and Technical Delivery in areas of Supply Chain,Finance and Field Services,Enterprise Integrations and Business Process Management.

Chakra has 24 years of professional experience,which spans from Consulting, Technical Leadership and Program Management.He previously worked for IBM,Genpact and Sierra Atlantic(now Hitachi Consulting)

Chakra has a B.E(Elec.&Comm) from University of Mysore,and MBA from Scheller's College of Business,Georgia Tech.Atlanta

Anjali Reddy is President of Avaaj Communications, a boutique consulting firm helping leaders assess, design and execute strategic communications that further business results and engage multiple audiences.

Prior to this, Anjali was with Grainger for over 20 years as Director, Internal Communications, and partnered with Grainger’s C-suite executives to create and implement communication programs that drove desired outcomes during periods of rapid change.

A deeply skilled communications leader, Ms. Reddy’s experience at Grainger covered a wide spectrum. This included: developing new channels for leadership communications during the pandemic, helping launch Grainger’s D&I and Talent strategy, and standing up a communications infrastructure for teams in the UK and Europe, deploying communications during global mergers and acquisitions, designing crisis communications, providing communication guidance and execution support during large-scale ERP and eCommerce implementations, and speechwriting for senior executives.

Prior to Grainger, Anjali led internal, external and brand communications for several mid-sized companies, and was a journalist at a national newspaper in Mumbai, India.

Anjali received her Master of Arts in Mass Communications from Marquette University and her Bachelor of Arts from Bombay University. She serves on the Board of Women Employed and volunteers as a career coach at Cara Chicago.
